El Desfile — Terms of Use

By using this ordering application ("App"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use this App and purchase alcoholic beverages. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Staff may request valid identification at any time and refuse service if ID cannot be provided.

2. Account & Verification
You agree to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and phone number. Your phone number is used for account verification via SMS. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required at the time of order. Service fees may apply depending on the payment method selected.

4. Responsible Service
El Desfile reserves the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated, cannot provide valid identification, or whose behavior poses a risk to the safety of others. We comply with all applicable Puerto Rico alcohol service regulations.

5. Privacy
Your personal information (name, phone, date of birth) is stored securely and used solely for account verification, order processing, and age compliance. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability
El Desfile provides this App "as is" and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent order.

7. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
